Our Work

We hope to get to our dreams by Caring for abandoned and under-privileged children - Misfortune knows no gender; However, 90% of the abandoned children who come to our door steps are girls. Aarti Home is a home for orphaned, abandoned and uncared for children (hyperlink to aarti home)

Educating under-privileged girls in the best possible manner - Education is the greatest equalizer. Aarti school and Aarti bridge schooling programs provide an opportunity for a better tomorrow (hyperlink to Aarti school)

Empowering women financially – Monetary independence creates confidence in women. Aarti skill development programs and Aarti Fair trade create an opportunity for this independence (Hyperlink to aarti skill development and cooperative)

Empowering women socially – Very often women face abuse for lack of basic Legal, Medical and Social support. Aarti Women’s support group is the single port of call for women. (hyperlink to Women’s support group)

Creating awareness and advocating change – dwindling sex ratios and crimes against women are causes for national shame. Aarti Home is understanding and creating awareness of the issue (hyperlink to advocacy). Please tell a friend and make the change happen
